If ONLY kids ate more green vegetables we wouldn’t have to use trickery, bribery, or make other crazy attempts. For now, these gluten-free ‘Spinach Muffins’ will give you some peace of mind they they are getting some ‘green’ into those little bodies. Bonus: Kids love ’em.
