I’m a tired mama. Even though I’ve left the first trimester behind, I’m still not feeling myself most of the time. With forgetfulness, a bigger belly setting me off-balance, and my mind on a million things, not to mention the regular day-to-day stuff, it’s no question that I need to concentrate on myself from time to time and practice self-care.
