In a last-minute decision, we invited some friends over for dinner Saturday night. My husband made turkey-feta-spinach burgers, along with some delicious lemon-roasted potatoes and a beet salad. I was in charge of dessert, and I knew I wanted to make something simple and delicious. I’d seen this recipe for blondies in a recent publication of Style at Home, and I thought it would be perfect.
It’s really simple to make – one bowl! – and I popped them in the oven during dinner so they would be ready just in time for dessert. Served with a side of vanilla ice-cream, they were a hit. They were also amazing the next morning with my coffee:) I’ve shared the recipe below.
