Pumpkin Loaf

You’ll Need

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 796 mL can E.D.SMITH® Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange zest
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups ALL-BRAN cereal
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)

Prep and Cook
