- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ALL-BRAN cereal
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
