You’ll Need
- 1 lb bag frozen mixed berries
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pkg chocolate dessert cups
- Sprigs of mint
Prep and Cook
- 1Place frozen berries and sugar in a blender or food processor.
- 2Let stand for 10–15 minutes (until berries begin to thaw but are still frozen).
- 3Pulse to mix.
- 4In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk and lemon juice.
- 5Add buttermilk mixture to the fruit.
- 6Blend until smooth.
- 7Scoop out enough fruit mix to fill each chocolate dessert cup.
- 8Place cups on tray, cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer until ready to serve.
- 9Remove cups from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
- 10Top with a sprig of mint.
