You’ll Need
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 8 oz heavy cream
Prep and Cook
- 1Place the cream in a heavy bottomed saucepan and warm it over medium-high heat until small bubbles form on the surface of the liquid and it begins to gently boil.
- 2Remove the pot from the heat and pour the cream over the chocolate. Allow the mixture to rest for two minutes while the chocolate melts, then whisk it together until thick and glossy.
- 3Transfer to a chocolate fondue pot or small bowl or ramekin and serve with assorted fruits, sweets, and wooden skewers for dipping.
