You’ll Need
- 6 large Russet potatoes
- Assorted toppings: butter, sour cream, grated cheese, crumbled bacon, green onion, salsa, etc.
Prep and Cook
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash and dry the potatoes, prick them with a fork and place them on a baking sheet.
- 2Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a knife can easily be inserted into the centre of the potato, without resistance.
- 3Serve the potatoes warm with suggested toppings.
