Yoga for Kids in Toronto

There is, quite simply, a lot of yoga for kids and families at Yoga Buds (the owner Temmi is pretty much the pioneer of youth yoga in the city). Mondays from 4:30 to 5:15 feature the kids' class (ages 5-9), while family yoga is on Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:15.
