Candy Floss
Make this sweet-as-can-be costume in a pinch. You'll Need: A pink shirt and pants, Halloween ‘spider webbing' or tulle material, hot glue gun, pink tempera paint, a plastic spray bottle. How to: Mix some pink tempera paint with water and lightly spray the cotton batting to make it pink. Let dry. Glue the webbing to the shirt and let it hang down like a dress. You can also glue some webbing to a couple of scrunchies and use them on your daughter's pigtails.
