It’s no newsflash that scheduling some personal time for mom is good for you (and everyone around you), but who really does that?
If you need help getting started, we found a couple of amazing and yet completely different courses that are all about you and what’s important to you as an individual. (Seriously now, when was the last time you thought about that?) And since they are run by local moms who know all too well the struggle we face trying to balance it all, you can rest assured no one will be preaching to you when you get there.
The Momoir Project is a great option for those of us who like to write. Whether you want to write a journal as a keepsake or publish a story, writing is a great way to channel your (very) personal experience of motherhood. You might have already heard about The Momoir Project, but you might not know about all of the new and more flexible options available to moms, such as flexibility with two-hour, stand-alone workshops and a one-night course at Munch, The Family Restaurant (complete with a couple glasses of wine and some appies—just what you need to get inspired).
