9 Ways to Celebrate the Season in Vancouver

Vancouver Christmas

Holiday to-do list have you feeling less than jolly about the season of folly? We can relate. Here are some ideas to help your family celebrate.

Find a local charity that resonates with your family this holiday season and give some time, money or even some of your no longer needed belongings. The smiles on the faces of those you help is guaranteed to improve your spirit

Don’€™t celebrate Christmas? You might still like to take in some of the beautiful light displays in our city this month. As a bonus, most support a charitable cause too. We particularly like The Secret Lantern Society’€™s Winter Solstice Lantern Festival. It’€™s a wonderful winter tradition to start with your family, with festivities happening at five local communities in the city.

Check out our list of the best light festivals and Chanukah celebrations in our Ways to Celebrate the Season in Vancouver: get out, give back and simply enjoy the bright atmosphere in our city.

It will be over before you know it.
