Children's Fitness Centres of Canada

Everyone is looking for a reason to put a little spring in their step these days (and when we say spring, we mean literally).

Don’t over-extend yourself searching for inspired ideas—the newly opened Children’s Fitness Centres of Canada’s midtown location (near Yonge and Eglinton, inside Glebe Road United Church), is bound to be a perfectly balanced solution.

This new location, currently running programs on Tuesday and Thursday nights, offers a roomy, bright, and complete centre for two of CFCC’s most popular offerings (with more programming to launch this fall).

FunFit Gym caters to the 3 to 5 set and focuses on the basics: movement education and rudimentary gymnastics. The Developmental Gymnastics program is for bigger kids (5-8 years old), and teaches them the gymnastics skills they are dying to learn—cartwheels, handstands, bar work, trampolining and more.

Known for their excellent instruction and affinity to engage kids, CFCC’s newest location will easily absorb all that boundless energy our kids contain and put it to good use. Add a great viewing area for parents and ample parking and we’re kind of feeling like doing cartwheels ourselves.

Hit hibernation where it hurts and head out to more of these 12 Stellar Classes for Kids in Toronto.
