Our very own Executive Editor, Rebecca Eckler, has just released her latest book, Blissfully Blended Bullshit, and we couldn’t be happier for her. We’re so thrilled, in fact, that we’ve made it our Pick of the Week. (Obvious choice!)
Whether she’s covering heavy topics or making us laugh through her weekly articles for SavvyMom, Rebecca has a knack for telling it like it is in a refreshing way. And she’s done it once again in her book that chronicles the hard truth of what it’s really like to blend households.
In Rebecca’s words, “This is not a memoir about being a step-parent or having stepchildren or the step-parent-stepchild relationship. Not that I don’t touch on it. But this is more my account of how blending families affects everyone, including people you’d never consider, like our exes, or our ex-in-laws, our new in-laws, and even the dog.”
And it’s a story worth telling. For anyone who has gone through it, is going through it, or anyone who wants an engaging and refreshingly candid read, this is the book for you.
Blissfully Blended Bullshit is available now at Amazon and Indigo.
