Just in time for back to school, funny lady Ellen Degeneres’ new lifestyle brand ED has partnered with Gap Kids to create a limited edition line of clothes and school-gear items—like lunch bags and shoes—for girls. GapKids x ED focuses on encouraging girls to be themselves, to do what makes them happy, and to take pride in who they are. We love it, and we’re particularly loving this embellished graphic tee with powerful qualities like ‘strong, brave, fearless, creative’ emblazoned on the front, and their negative opposites, ‘delicate, timid, confined, limited’ crossed out. A good message; but there’s a good cause, too. A portion of the proceeds go directly to Girls Inc. ($26.95, available at gapcanada.ca)
