How to Make

Fill the popcorn box with peanuts.
Blow up the balloons and attach them to the balloon sticks by wrapping the knot at the end of the balloon around the cup.
Cut the balloon sticks to different heights and insert them into the peanuts, adjusting the nuts to hold the balloons in place.
