Best Bets for a Spa Day for Kids in Toronto

Ideas for a Spa Day for Kids in Toronto - SavvyMom

Some of life’s greatest pleasures happen in the spa. Foot massages easing tired tootsies, people playing with our hair, indulging in some self-care—it’s all very relaxing and important to make time for, which isn’t always easy (or permitted) with kids in tow. That makes us super indebted to whoever came up with the idea of kid-friendly spas—places where they don’t just tolerate the kids, they let them get in on the services! And once the little ones discover the luxury, they’ll be clamouring for a spa birthday party and other special events. So here are your best bets for a spa day for kids in Toronto – and their moms of course! There are spas that come to you, and ones we can frequent with the kids. It’s a great relaxing and bonding time—and we’re worth it.

Best Bets for a Spa Day for Kids in Toronto and the GTA

Glama Gal

With two locations in the GTA, (Vaughan and Ajax) you may need to drive for a bit, to Glama Gal if you’re centrally located.  However the décor is fun and bright and the services menu is extensive, with options for the dudes (with a gross factor they’ll love) and the littlest spa-goers. The packages make for a special trip out, with mid-week specials to tempt you even further.

Dazzling Divas

Wasn’t that a party?! We think it was the chocolate facial that was the crowning moment…but they did also look great with that artistic hair chalk. We love the focus on inner and outer beauty, and that key messages of empowerment are woven throughout Dazzling Divas’ mobile birthday parties. The spa parties all include fun decor and kimono robes for the party goers, as well as music and fun activities.

Glitter Spa Beaches

Eastenders know all about how Glitter Spa in the Beaches has kids’ services built into their main spa menu. Mommy-and-me manicures have been a thing here since it opened in 2016.

Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa

Located in Mississauga, Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa offers massage, hydrotherapy, and chiropractic care for every member of your family — from infants to teens, as well as arts and crafts and a reading nook. Precious Moments

We adore the products Precious Moments uses—formulated for children, nut-free, and, in the case of the facial products, dessert-scented! They’ll have a fabulous time being pampered and will look the part with the pink bathrobes and headbands included. We also love the optional add-on of designing (and keeping) a spa slipper—so cute.

Nabi Spa

Kiddos can have manis and pedis with vegan nail polish while mom enjoys the same or choose from a range of facial and body treatments. We adore the chemical-free products, and have our eye on the option to book the entire space for a private party.

Spa Birthday Parties for Kids

Rosalyn Benatar knows how to connect with, soothe and pamper kids via her birthday parties that come to you. Standout services include hot stone massage, self esteem cards/fairy wishes and the option to make-and-take lip gloss. Expect to have this party request several years in a row.
