5 Berrylicious Desserts for Summer

The markets are currently bursting with berries, and while strawberry season has mostly passed, we still have raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries to look forward to.

Dessert is an excellent way to spotlight these seasonal flavours, and luckily we have a few recipes tucked into our archives that are ideal for summer family dinners and weekend entertaining.

While some of the recipes call for a specific type of berry, whatever is available and in season is certain to taste best. Feel free to use a variety for a colourful combination, and don’€™t hesitate to add in some thinly sliced stone fruits (cherries! peaches!) if you desire.
