You’ll Need
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 12 mini croissants
- 12 slices deli ham
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- 6 pieces of lettuce, ends trimmed and cut in half
Prep and Cook
- 1Combine the Dijon and mayonnaise in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- 2Slice the mini croissants in half and spread some of the Dijon mixture over each piece.
- 3Top one of the bottom croissants halves with a piece of lettuce, ham and cheese. Cover with the other croissant half, and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
