Grilled Corn Recipe with Herbed Butter:
You’ll Need
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- Generous pinches of sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil, tarragon, or mint
- Zest of 1 lemon or lime
- 8 fresh ears of corn on the cob, husked
Prep and Cook
- 1In a medium bowl, stir together butter, salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon zest until well combined
- 2Place mixture onto a piece of waxed paper or plastic wrap and roll into a log
Place in fridge or freezer until ready to serve - 3Heat a grill or bbq to medium high heat
Place corn on grill and cook, turning every 3 to 4 minutes until charred and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes - 4Remove to a clean tray and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Serve corn warm with reserved herb butter
