There’s a good reason the humble burger is so popular that whole menus are dedicated to it: the variety of choices is almost endless. How to choose the best burgers in Vancouver when there’s lamb burgers, crab cake patties, salmon filet – or classic grilled ground beef, to name just a few? Then, there’s all the toppings and the sauces and the sides, both traditional and quirky (fig jam, anyone?)
From the pickiest eater to the gourmet, burgers always seem to hit the spot. And though we often think of burgers as a summertime tradition when the sun is shining and the BBQ is out, the yummy eats can continue all year long thanks to the wealth of fantastic burger joints right here in and around Vancouver.
